Goal Setting & SMART Goals
Having goals that are realistic and manageable is a key to staying motivated to achieve what you want! I'll teach you practical and easy ways to set small goals to get you where you want to be.

Tactile and Sensory Stress Relievers
A lot of the time stress is something you can FEEL in your body, and in order to feel better you have to do something with your body to relax. This module is going to teach you about different ways to reduce stress, like putty!

Opposite Action
Opposite action is a skill that teaches you how to do the opposite thing of how to feel to find relief. Example: feeling sad? Play an upbeat song and dance! This can help break you out of your funk!
